  • Sarah has helped me achieve things I was told were impossible.

    I’ve been seeing Sarah for nearly two years now and cannot recommend her more highly. In 2011, I was involved in a serious car accident, leaving me with permanent injuries and pain throughout my body. I saw numerous specialists and had various treatments, which got me to a point of recovery that gave me enough to continue living what appeared to be a normal semblance of movement. I could not lift my shoulder more than 90 degrees; I could not walk up stairs properly, or exercise in any form without suffering excruciating pain the next day and many other issues. Long story short, and many years later, I was referred to Sarah by my (also amazing) massage therapist and have not looked back!

    Sarah has achieved things I was told were impossible. With Sarah’s encouragement and faith in me, as well as some hard work, I have strength back in my knee and no longer look like an injured old lady walking up stairs, my pain threshold after exercise is increasing every week, and the most incredible thing is I will not require surgery to fix my shoulder. It is not perfect, but it’s close!

    Thanks to Sarah, I can now do things with my kids that two years ago I was convinced were a dream! I will be forever grateful for her constant challenges, belief in me and making me feel like I have someone in my corner who wants me to be the best I can be.
